Shell Lake Athletic Department

Participating in the Shell Lake Schools Athletics programs has a cost of $45.00 per athlete, $90.00 max per athlete, $180.00 max per family.

Registration must be completed by 1 week prior to start of season

All Physical/Alternate Year forms are required to be turned into the High School Athletic Office prior to the first day of practice.   CLICK HERE for the Alternate Year form CLICK HERE for the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form.
